You’ll also be asked to connect and feel deeply to your inner currents and your expanded energy field. We do this in a trauma-informed embodiment approach and also with specialist training on the art of transformation and sustainable resolution of the nervous system.
But due to this being only a 1-day workshop, with no prior skills or relationship with us, we ask that you bring self-responsibility to your experience. Please ask yourself if you’re ready to work in a deep embodiment approach, feeling and experiencing sensations you may not yet have met within you.
Working with soul always brings you into an unknown expansion space - this is the realm of new possibilities. If you’re currently feeling mentally unstable or doubtful about your readiness to meet and resolve old wounding or trauma, please consider that this 1-day workshop may not be your best approach.
Perhaps it is more supportive that you work with a specialised practitioner first to increase the flexibility in your nervous system and the fluidity for you to embody. Because of our lack of prior knowledge to your history, we can't always meet all individuals with the level of specialised care they deserve in our 1-day workshops.
If however, you're ready to go deep, expand your energy, embody and unleash your power, move your body, feel your heart and connect to your soul, we would love to co-create with you in this powerful workshop.
We are a welcoming space to all individuals who identify as womxn and also womxn of colour. We are open to feedback prior, during or after the experience so you can feel seen and heard if you identify as a marginalised individual.
For full transparency, so you can make an informed choice as to whether you feel supported at this workshop, our main teacher will be Melissa Sandon, an Australian mixed race heritage practitioner of white privilege.
All our transformation work encapsulates the paradox of: personal and ultimate soul sovereignty and creative power AND current earthly destructive and oppressive systems such as white supremacy, patriarchy, colonialism and toxic capitalism.
Our ethos is to meet the current gateways of personal and collective humanity: personal wounding from abuse, violence, poverty and oppression from racism and other forms of disassociation in a way that honours the experience, creates the space for you to meet your trauma AND also commands your personal power and spiritual liberation.
